1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to shayan_rayan_collections. Shayan Rayan Collections is a separate proprietorship business operated with the management and operational support of ZenJourney Private Limited. By browsing, accessing, or purchasing sarees from our boutique storefront, physical counter POS, or online checkout, you agree to be bound by the terms detailed herein.

2. Handloom Artistry & Natural Character

Every bridal saree, Kanjivaram silk, Banarasi kadwa drape, and Chanderi weave in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisan weavers using authentic mulberry silks and metallic zari threads.

Minor variations in weave density, thread knots, or subtle color hues under studio lighting are hallmarks of authentic handloom heritage and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing & Indian GST Compliance

All prices listed across our online catalog and physical boutique POS terminal are in Indian Rupees (INR). Apparel purchases are billed in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) and State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) under Handloom HSN Code 5007 at the prescribed statutory tax rate (5%).

4. Payment Gateways & Transaction Security

Online orders are processed securely via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (including Razorpay, UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, and Net Banking). We do not store your credit card CVV or net banking credentials on our cloud servers. All transactions are protected via 256-bit SSL encryption.

5. Blouse Tailoring, Fall & Pico Services

Sarees ordered with custom bespoke blouse tailoring, neckline embroidery alterations, or custom color dyeing are tailored specifically to customer measurements and cannot be cancelled or returned once cutting has commenced.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or statutory claim arising from boutique purchases shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Kallakurichi / Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
