All online transactions are processed through Razorpay, which is compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS Level 1) and authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Our servers never receive, store, or view your full 16-digit debit/credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or bank account passwords. All financial authentication is tokenized end-to-end within the payment gateway.

We utilize customer data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Packaging, insurance, and dispatching sarees to your doorstep.
• Printing statutory GST tax invoices compliant with Indian tax authorities.
• Providing parcel transit status via SMS and WhatsApp updates.

4. Authorized Service Partners

We share only necessary delivery details (name, address, and phone number) with trusted logistics partners (such as Blue Dart Express, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post) exclusively to deliver your parcel.

5. Your Rights & Data Erasure

In accordance with Indian DPDP Act provisions, you have the right to request a copy of your stored personal data, request corrections, or request full account deletion from our database. To exercise your rights, email our Data Grievance Officer.
